Changes in the management of ZSSK CARGO

Based on the decision of the Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic, as the sole shareholder of Železničná spoločnosť Cargo Slovakia, a. s., Ing. Roman Gono was elected a member of the Board of Directors and at the same time appointed Chairman of the BOD as of 24 April 2020.

Based on the Status of Železničná spoločnosť Cargo Slovakia, a. s., at the time of the non-appointment of the CEO position, his competence is performed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.
